
APOSTLE LARRY B. AIKEN
Apostle Larry B. Aiken is a native of Savannah, Georgia. He is the son of the late Rev. L. S. Aiken and Mrs. Willie Mae Aiken. He accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at the First Mount Sinai Baptist Church under the leadership of his father. He is a fifth generation preacher and comes from a long line of Gospel preachers and singers. Apostle Aiken is a 1976 graduate of the Alfred E. Beach High School in Savannah, Georgia. He is a ten-year veteran of the U.S. Army, where he specialized in the field of Radio Teletype/Morse Code and Military Intelligence. His military travel has taken him to Germany, Paris, Korea, Georgia, Washington, Florida, Arizona,and Maryland. Apostle Aiken received an honorable discharge in 1986.

Apostle Aiken preached his first sermon on October 2, 1982 at the First Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist Church in Savannah, Georgia. His pastorates include Providence Baptist Church, Lato, Alabama; Bennett Union Baptist Church, Jesup, Georgia; and currently he is serving at the Memorial Missionary Baptist Church, Kansas City, Missouri. Under his leadership, Memorial has opened the Memorial Bible Institute, Memorial Christian Bookstore, a Prayer Center, Great Commission School of Ministry, a Computer Learning Center, and the Memorial Pastoral Training Institute. Memorial operates a Powerfeast Ministry that feeds and cares for over 1200 people, and under Apostle Aiken’s leadership Memorial has opened Memorial Christian Outreach Center making Memorial 1 Church in 2 locations and the Crave Ministry Event Center.
Apostle Aiken is a graduate of Columbus Technical College with a degree in Plant Maintenance and a second degree in Electrical Construction Maintenance. He furthered his education through the Luther Rice University External Degree Program, Liberty School of Life Long Learning, and the First Baptist Jacksonville Pastor's School. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Church Ministries from Luther Rice Bible College in June 1991. Pastor Aiken earned his Masters Degree in Pastoral Theology from Faith Theological Seminary in June 2000. Apostle Aiken completed his Doctoral Degree at the Great Commission Theological Seminary, Bowling Green, Kentucky.
Apostle Aiken is founder and Overseer of the New Vision World Wide Fellowship of Churches Inc. New Vision World Wide Fellowship of Churches currently serves as the spiritual covering for over 123 churches local and internationally.
Apostle Aiken has been married to Pastor Olivia C. Q. Aiken for 40 years and has two lovely daughters, LaMonica Aiken-Bowens (Antonio) and Stephanie Nicole Aiken-Cummings (Aaron); beautiful granddaughters, Heaven Olivia Cummings, Angel LaMya Cummings, Ariel Bowens, Jaylynn Bowens and Daneece Bowens; grandsons, KrisShun Bowens, Kyran Bowens, Keon Bowens, and Aaron Cummings, Jr.. They share a life of love, joy, and happiness.
Apostle Aiken is a well sought after conference speaker and counselor,specializing in marital counseling and family seminars. He is the author of the newly released book, entitled “The Gates of Spiritual Progression". Bishop Aiken has mastered many other accomplishments.
